Fuego Buffalo Sauce Wings with Fries Recipe


WINGS

Ingredients 

Instructions

  • Dry each individual wing. 
  • Add your ingredients to a bowl and mix. 
  • Leave covered and in the fridge for 20 min. 
  • Place in your airfryer for 40 min in 400F. 
  • Serve.

FUEGO BUFFALO SAUCE

  • Add your ingredients into a medium sized sauce bowl mix, taste, and enjoy!

FRENCH FRIES

Ingredients 

  • 2-3 large Idaho potatoes
  • 1 tbsp of Herbed Sea Salt
  • Frying oil

  • Instructions 

  • Peel the skin off the potatoes. 
  • Cut them into long semi thin strips and add them to a medium bowl with ½ tbsp of Herbed Sea Salt
  • Dry your potatoes. 
  • In a large frying pan and on high heat add enough oil for it to cover about 1 inch of the pan. 
  • Add enough potatoes to cover the pan for the first fry, when done fry again. 
  • Place them on a plate with a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
  • When ready add to a bowl and season to taste with remailing Herbed Sea Salt.
