I first discovered this vanilla at the airport in San Juan, PR. I love to bake so I bought a bottle and brought it home. Ever since I started using it, I get so many compliments on my baked goods, especially my pecan pie. It's now the only vanilla I use and I've been using it for well over 15 years now. I recently used it to make some homemade French vanilla ice cream and I'm never buying store-bought ice cream ever again. My cousin, who also likes to bake, fell in love with it. I bought her a bottle as a surprise and she lit up like a Christmas tree. It's really great stuff! I will buy it until the end of time.
