Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons Spicy Caribbee Puerto Rican Vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 2 ¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
Prepare the Cupcakes

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, Spicy Caribbee Cocoa Powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In the bowl of a mixer, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined and lightened in color.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the Spicy Caribbee Puerto Rican Vanilla and sour cream until smooth.
